David Henn - Civil & Family Law Mediator

Mediator David Henn is a Registered Civil Mediator and Registered Family Law Mediator in the State of Indiana.

Over more than 30 years Mr. Henn has tried jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Henn also has served as an administrative law judge hearing unemployment insurance appeals.

Mr. Henn mediates cases across a broad array of legal disciplines, including personal injury, wrongful death, employment law & wage claims, insurance, business & contract disputes, construction, real estate, probate and divorce.

Mr. Henn is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the Indiana Association of Mediators and is an Indianapolis Bar Foundation Distinguished Fellow.
